Policies

Domestic Shipping:

For orders within the United States we ship either Priority Mail and Express Mail via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Rates are based off of USPS and UPS costs and include handling, packaging and insurance. Shipping costs are added to your invoice at time of order.

We typically ship out smaller orders within two or three days after an order is received. If you would like your order shipped the same day we will need to be notified by phone before noon (EST). Rush orders with same day shipping will be charged an additional $25.00 (in addition to the Express Mail delivery charges). Larger quantity orders will require additional time for production, assembly and imprinting.

 

For Express Mail please allow 1-2 business days and for Priority Mail please allow 2-4 business days for shipping. If there's going to be a delay we will let you know via email. International Shipping:

Product Guarantee & Returns:

We fully guarantee our products. If you receive a product and it is unsatisfactory or defective just email us at info@batonz.com within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund your money. Please note that imprinted batons cannot be returned unless we made a mistake and imprinted something other than what was provided.
